There was the sound of wedding bells, the tossing of rose petals, and the traditional run for the limo while friends and family cheered us on. That’s how it was on our wedding day. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.
From the wedding invitations to the wedding favors for our guests, they had everything. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. There was a gorgeous flower girl basket and ring pillow among all the accessories that I decided to buy for our ceremony. It was actually more than the basket and pillow, it also had my wedding garter, guest book and pen set, in a gorgeous rich garnet. A five piece wedding set that wasn’t very expensive at all.
I also picked out an aisle runner along with other accessories for our wedding. We wanted to have a bell wedding and we loved it! After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I thought that was a great idea.
I bought accessories online for our reception as well as our ceremony. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted our reception tables to shine with elegance, so the first thing I ordered were the crystal toasting flutes. I ordered special flutes for us that said bride and groom on them, and beautiful twisted stemmed flutes for all of our guests. The wedding bells favors I picked out not only helped to add the sparkle I wanted for my tables, but served as a wedding favor for each of our guests.
I could have bought every gorgeous item they had on their list, but I think I would have been overdoing it just a little. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They had a lovely calla lilie design on them that was absolutely beautiful. I found the perfect little silver favor boxes with thank you tags to package the wedding favors in. The shiny gift boxes added that extra sparkle to our guests tables. On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.
At the end of the reception hall was our wedding cake on a special little table. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and reception. We had so many photos of the wedding ceremony and reception that I went back online and ordered a second wedding photo album. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. There were also pictures of our first dance together as man and wife, our guests on the dance floor and an adorable picture of the flower girl and ring boy dancing together.
I’m so glad everyone had such a wonderful time, and I received so many compliments on the decorations of the wedding and reception. I told my husband that I would really like to do this again someday for one of our anniversaries, and he agreed that it’s a good idea.
