I debated a long time before deciding on what type of wedding ceremony and reception I wanted to have. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a beach wedding, a garden wedding or a country western wedding. But I also considered having a traditional wedding. Then I found out about destination weddings and that one got me thinking. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? I would probably go for the Hawaii destination. But I had to give that plan up, too many people wouldn’t be able to travel that far.
There were other ideas too, like a gorgeous winter theme ceremony. But since we were getting married in July, that just didn’t seem appropriate. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. There were so many accessories and reception supplies to help with my fantasty wedding. The bakery even had wedding cakes that worked out with my idea. So I finally made up my mind. We can declare a royal wedding.
I went online and found fairy tale invitations that I could send out. There were also plenty of accessories and supplies to pick out for my storybook wedding. My wedding dress was absolutely gorgeous and the bridesmaids and flower girl had beautiful dresses that were floor length. My handsome fiance and all of his wedding party looked so elegant in their tuxes, even the little ring boy looked like royalty. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. Our wedding ceremony was more beautiful than I could have hoped for. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. Rose petals were falling all around us as we were leaving the church. Outside we climbed into a gorgeous horse drawn carriage to take us to the reception hall.
There were accessories that helped me to make our reception appear as elegant as a king’s castle. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I had every wedding party favor done up in storybook themed favor boxes. I can’t believe all the accessories I was able to get for my fairy tale reception. I decided on little coaches for place card holders and the gorgeous place card holders that looked just like Cinderella coach. They had everything imaginable for a storybook wedding and reception.
Everyone had a fabulous time and I received a lot of compliments on the décor. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I have to admit, it was quite special. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. I wanted this to be special for our friends and family too, the way it was for us. Everything at our reception was in a fairytale theme, even our cake, so I wanted themed cheap wedding favors too. I wanted to give our guests more than just favors, that’s why I chose gifts that could also be used as souvenirs. I wanted to give them something they would look back on with fond memories.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. Would you believe I even found fairytale thank you notes for everyone? I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?

When you’re looking for a unique wedding favor…
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009An Elegant Graduation Party Invitation!
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009I’m giving my best friend a bridal shower and before I even got started I sat down and made a list of all the things I needed to buy for the party. Goal number one was finding a party invitation. Dragging myself from shop to shop hoping to find a good deal or a decent selection isn’t my idea of a good time, so I went searching for supplies online. That was the right thing to do. The options I had were staggering, and the cost was very low. I even got a few items at a great discount price. The script on the party invitations was silver, and the edges were pearl; they looked exquisite. The site also had standard party invitations, bachelorette party invitations, and many other types of invitations.
The place card holders they had were adorable, so I got those, along with other supplies. The wedding guest book was another present I purchased; it would help the couple keep good records of who gave them which gifts. A particular design for a place card holder struck me as being really neat. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. I chose little floral patterned boxes which I stacked on a cake plate in layers and sat on the gift table. It looked very decorative like that and each lady just took a gift from the plate. I settled on manicure kits for our thank you gifts, and then I got a few more things to be handed out to the winners of the contests that we were going to hold. I found some random things to hand out as awards, such as unique key rings, little vanity mirrors, and special soaps.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. There are other mirthful games that we did, like bridal bingo. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. Not only did I get high quality accessories, but they didn’t cost me half of what I had expected to pay for it all, and there were so many options to choose from. Since the website also sold wedding invitations and favors, I let my friend who was about to get married know about it, since I was sure she could use a wide selection to pick from. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. The bridal shower wouldn’t have been as good without it. The bridal shower was a sensation, and everyone there liked their shower favors, too. Now that the party is over, I’m filling out the guest thank you cards thanking them for attending. The thank you cards, as you might expect, were purchased on the net as well. Next, I’m helping with my friends sons’ birthday party with the help of my favorite online store.
Making the right choice when it comes to cheap wedding favors
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009I debated a long time before deciding on what type of wedding ceremony and reception I wanted to have. I checked on three different themes, beach, garden and country western. But on the other hand there is a lot to be said for tradition. Then I found out about destination weddings and that one got me thinking. A destination wedding in Vegas or maybe the gorgeous oceanside in Hawaii sounded awesome. I would love a tropical island wedding. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
There were other ideas too, like a gorgeous winter theme ceremony. But since we were getting married in the summer months, I didn’t think I should go with a snow scene. So I decided to go with every young girls dream of marrying a prince, and chose to have a storybook wedding, just like in the fairy tales I read as a child. There were plenty of fairy tale accessories and ideas to work with for the perfect story book wedding. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So I finally made up my mind. Cinderella and Prince Charming were getting married.
Through online shopping I found lovely story book invitations. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. I bought the most beautiful wedding gown I could find at the bridal shop and had my bridesmaids and little flower girl in exquisite floor length dresses, all with tiaras. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. When I walked down the aisle towards my husband to be I really felt like I was royalty. Our wedding ceremony was more beautiful than I could have hoped for. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. As we were leaving the church, everyone tossed rose petals and cheered us on. We were driven to the reception in a horse drawn carriage, just like royalty.
A real castle wouldn’t haved looked as good as our reception hall with all of the fantastic accessories and decorations. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I even found adorable boxes for each and every wedding favor. I can’t believe all the accessories I was able to get for my fairy tale reception. I decided on little coaches for place card holders and the gorgeous place card holders that looked just like Cinderella coach. They had everything imaginable for a storybook wedding and reception.
Our guests all had a wonderful time and were very impressed with all the lovely storybook décor. One of my guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony she’d ever been too. I have to admit, it was quite special. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. I made sure their wedding favor ideas were of a storybook theme, just like our wedding cake and other accessories. I felt that a momento of this special day would mean more than any other gift I could give them. Something that could hold the memory of today for them as well as for us.
I had a lot of thank you note to take care of when we got back from our honeymoon. There was even thank you notes available in storybook theme. I wouldn’t mind having a fairytale anniversary renewal ceremony.
Wedding Bell Decoration!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009You could hear the wedding bells ring as we headed for our limo, with our guests yelling their good wishes and tossing rose petals our way. That’s the way our ceremony went. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.
From the wedding invitations to the wedding favors for our guests, they had everything. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. There was a gorgeous flower girl basket and ring pillow among all the accessories that I decided to buy for our ceremony. It was actually more than the basket and pillow, it also had my wedding garter, guest book and pen set, in a gorgeous rich garnet. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.
There were a lot of other items I ordered too, like my lovely aisle runner for the church ceremony. We wanted to have a wedding bell and we loved it! As soon as the wedding ceremony ended and we were leaving the church all the guests rang their little bells in celebration of our union. It was really a unique idea.
The accessories for our wedding ceremony wasn’t all I ordered, I also got our supplies for our reception there too. There was a marvelous selection of reception accessories to pick from. I wanted to make our reception tables sparkle, so I ordered as much crystal as I could get away with, starting with crystal champagne flutes. There were twisted stemmed flutes which I ordered for our guests and a special toasting flute set I ordered especially for the bride and groom for our table. The wedding bells favors I picked out not only helped to add the sparkle I wanted for my tables, but served as a wedding favor for each of our guests.
It was hard not to order all they had to offer in the way of accessories but I restrained myself for fear of over decorating. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. They had a lovely calla lilie design on them that was absolutely beautiful. I also chose these very elegant looking favor boxes with a little thank you tag on them, for the wedding favors. The wedding favors in their little silver boxes made our tables even more elegant. I purchased flowers and ordered some beautiful candles to make into our centerpieces for the reception tables.
The wedding cake we had set up at the end of the reception hall was really spectacular. Three tiers of luscious chocolate and cherries with a gorgeous wedding cake topper as the crowning glory. I decided on a beautiful heart with calla lilies and ribbon as our cake topper. Everything at our reception turned out to be perfect. We had so many photos of the wedding ceremony and reception that I went back online and ordered a second wedding photo album. There were so many shots of us with our wedding cake and the traditional cutting and sharing of the very first piece. There is the most adorable picture of our little flower girl dancing with the very elegant ring boy, our bride and grooms first dance together, and all of our guests having a great time on the dance floor.
The compliments I got from our guests on our wedding décor was really nice, but it really made me feel good to know that they all had such a great time. I told my husband that I would really like to do this again someday for one of our anniversaries, and he agreed that it’s a good idea.
Curious about Bell Weddings…
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009The wedding bells rang, rose petals were being tossed and our friends and family were yelling their congratulations as we left the church for our limo ride to the reception. That’s how it was on our wedding day. The wedding ceremony was so beautiful and everything turned out just like I wanted it, thanks to all the super accessories I was able to get. We had the best in wedding accessories and reception supplies to make it all a dream come true.
From the wedding invitations to the wedding favors for our guests, they had everything. The silver print was a lovely touch to our invitations. I found a lovely ring pillow and flower basket set that I also ordered from them. It came in a beautiful garnet, and there was also a guestbook and pen set, and a very lovely wedding garter. All five pieces of wedding accessories at a very reasonable price.
They also had an aisle runner I really liked, so I ordered that to my list of wedding supplies. The process of selecting wedding bell favor was really a great one. After we were pronounced man and wife, everyone at the ceremony rang their little bells as we walked back down the aisle. I really liked the idea of the bell ringing.
The accessories for our wedding ceremony wasn’t all I ordered, I also got our supplies for our reception there too. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted our reception tables to shine with elegance, so the first thing I ordered were the crystal toasting flutes. I ordered special flutes for us that said bride and groom on them, and beautiful twisted stemmed flutes for all of our guests. As an extra wedding favor for our friends and family I decided to choose wedding bell favors.
It was hard not to order all they had to offer in the way of accessories but I restrained myself for fear of over decorating. We gave out glass coasters as wedding favors for our friends and family. They were specially designed with a calla lilie on each one. I put the wedding favors in little silver party favor boxes that came with thank you cards for each of them. The wedding favors in their little silver boxes made our tables even more elegant. On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.
On a smaller table at the of our long table, was our fantastically designed wedding cake. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. Our topper was really exquisite, with calla lilies and a beautiful ribbon, tied in a bow. Everything at our reception turned out to be perfect. With all the tons of wedding pictures we had, I finally had to order another wedding album to store them all in. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. I have pictures of our friends and family, the ring boy and flower girl on the dance floor together and our first dance as husband and wife.
Our friends and family told me they had a fantastic time at our reception and that they think I did a spectacular job in planning the wedding décor. Someday I’d like to have a renewal ceremony and reception for our anniversary and thank goodness, my husband agrees.

On each reception table was a centerpiece I made up of lovely flowers and some very elegant candles.
At the end of the reception hall was our wedding cake on a special little table. Chocolate and cherries three tiers high with a very lovely cake topper resting on top. When you’re looking for a wedding gift…
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009I put a lot of thought about the theme for our wedding ceremony and reception. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a beach wedding, a garden wedding or a country western wedding. Then I thought maybe I should just stick with the traditional type of ceremony and reception. I also thought about a fantastic destination wedding. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? I would probably go for the Hawaii destination. I soon put that idea to rest, there are too many people on our guestlist for a wedding like that.
Then I thought about a winter themed wedding. But a wedding in July just didn’t seem like the right time to do a winter theme. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. There were plenty of fairy tale accessories and ideas to work with for the perfect story book wedding. There were even special wedding cakes you could buy that fit in perfectly with the theme. So my decision was made. We can declare a royal wedding.
I had no problem finding the perfect wedding invitations online. Then I started choosing my wedding and reception accessories and supplies. My wedding dress was absolutely gorgeous and the bridesmaids and flower girl had beautiful dresses that were floor length. The groom (my prince) and all of the groomsmen and ring boy wore tuxes that made them all look so elegant and sophisticated. As I made my way down the aisle to my handsome prince Charming I felt like I was living a dream. Everything about our ceremony was exquisite. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. After the ceremony everyone started shouting and throwing red and white rose petals our way. Instead of a limo, we had a horse drawn carriage waiting outside.
There were accessories that helped me to make our reception appear as elegant as a king’s castle. I had no problem when it came to the decorations or the wonderful wedding favors I had for our guests. I even found adorable boxes for each and every wedding gift. I can’t believe all the accessories I was able to get for my fairy tale reception. I bought little coaches that made perfect place card holders, and exquisite champagne flutes with a storybook design. I couldn’t have pulled this off without the wonderful accessories they have for fairytale weddings.
Everyone had a fabulous time and I received a lot of compliments on the décor. One of our guests stated that she’d never seen such a gorgeous ceremony as ours. I know I was impressed and it was my wedding. I think I made the right choice when I chose this theme, and I’m glad I could find so many great accessories to help. Since this was a special day in my life, I wanted everything to be special. Everything at our reception was in a fairytale theme, even our cake, so I wanted themed favors for wedding too. I felt that a momento of this special day would mean more than any other gift I could give them. I wanted to give them something they would look back on with fond memories.
As soon as we returned from our honeymoon, I got started on all the thank you notes I needed to mail out. Would you believe I even found fairytale thank you notes for everyone? I wonder if we could do this again for our anniversary?
I LOVE these Wedding Toasting Flutes!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009A wintertime theme was my idea of the perfect wedding theme, so we got married in January. A wedding built around snow and ice can be wonderful, and there are plenty of items you can obtain to make it happen. Presents, invitations, reception supplies – you name it, there are all sorts of things out there for any type of wedding decor. Our wedding ceremony color scheme was in silver and wintery blue. Our altar had replica snowflakes next to the unity candle and other candles, which all had a wintry look to them. It really was a gorgeous wedding ceremony.
All of the reception tables had red table runners and white tablecloths. I had beautiful white orchids in gorgeous silver vases for our centerpieces and they went so well with the winter décor. As for our place card holders I found the most lovely snowball ornament card holders for our reception. Whether we use them as ornaments or place card holders, they look fabulous, and they can be used for either. As wedding thank you gifts for our friends and family we decided on these lovely toasting flutes and little novelty champagne bottles favors with bubbles. As thank yous, champagne flutes are hard to beat. Our reception hall called to mind a scene of freshly-fallen snow in the middle of winter. We had a wedding cake with three layers; underneath it was a cake stand in the form of a sled, and above it was a cake topper made out of porcelain in the form of a snowflake. The artwork on the serving set for our cake, that I purchased over the Internet, also had a winter look to it. Small snowflakes in shades of blue and white were on the handles. Perfect for our themed reception and the handles matched with the winter wedding guestbook and pen I picked out.
For the special wedding flute, we had beautifully designed winter wedding themed flutes with handles that were exactly like the cake server set and guestbook. They had the little snowflakes and were done in white and icy blue colors and were really exquisite with all the other winter themed accessories on our wedding table. The people who attended our reception liked the presents and place card holders they brought home with them, and the banquet hall looked just gorgeous. The mini tiara our flower girl wore was hers to keep, and we got her a necklace besides, which she was very pleased about. Our ring bearer was excited because he got his own tee shirt and a yo-yo made of stainless steel. I got tank tops with crystals spelling out the word bridesmaid on them for all of my girls, plus I got my maid of honor a crystal bracelet besides. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. For his groomsmen, he has ordered digital portable clocks and for his best man, a nice novelty pen desk set and best man mug. I could tell that all of our friends and family were having a fantastic time at the reception and they all seemed to like the little favors and gifts we bought for them.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. We also saved a little money by shopping online, with all the discounts and wholesale items they had to choose from. It wasn’t just wedding items, either; I got plenty of things for the honeymoon as well. We found a shirt and hats that said ‘Bride’ and ‘Groom’ on them, and a pillow to hang outside our door indicating that we did not wish to be bothered. The decorative little pillow really came in handy.
